At Orlando Stagers, we do things a little differently. We're a small, boutique style home staging company, which means every project receives Cathy's personal attention from start to finish.

Working with us means you're working directly with Cathy, not an assistant and not a middleman. 

The process begins with a consultation where we talk about what kind of staging you want. We decide together whether you need a full home staging, a partial staging of key rooms, or a mix using your existing furniture .

Cathy's goal is to turn your home into an inviting masterpiece, one that makes buyers walk in and think, “wow, this is amazing. I want to live here.”

In the Central Florida market, it's best to book your consultation 2 to 4 weeks before listing.

This gives us time to plan, prepare, and make sure your home is staged beautifully and is ready to impress buyers. 

A full home staging will typically be completed within one day!

Furnishing and decor are available by default for 60 days and we allow extensions typically at a monthly rate of approximately $500 per room.

While consultations in the industry can cost hundreds of dollars, Cathy offers a free initial consulation to evaluate your staging needs.

Orlando Stagers offers a range of services including partial staging, full home staging, and occupied home enhancement. Prices start as low as 1850 for a full home staging.

Given the vast differences in square footage and number of rooms, Cathy can fully customize a staging plan to meet your needs to offer the highest value possible.

Properly preparing your home for staging is key in ensuring success, but involves a few simple steps.

1. Deep clean your home.

2. Declutter and remove any personal items.

3. Remove and store unused furniture.

4. Make any small repairs that might show or distract from the staging.

5. Ensure lighting in the staged areas is functional and optimized to enhance the staging.

Cathy will review your home and provide clear guidance on the pre-staging preparation to ensure the process goes smoothly and quickly.

Depending on the type of project, you may be able to include pieces of your own furniture. For vacant homes, Orlando Staging will provide all necessary furniture and accessories.

If we are enhancing an already furnished space, Cathy will work with you to integrate new decor to enhance your existing furniture.

Your realtor can either self maintain the staging or collaborate with Cathy.

If Cathy is the listing agent and stager, she will be fully responsible for maintaining the staging project.

Either way, feel confident that Orlando Stagers will work to ensure your space keeps its “wow factor” until you find the perfect buyer.

Homes are typically ready for photography and prospective buyers within a day or two of staging completion.
